1. You Pick
Choose from a 5 or 10 meal package and select which meals you’d like. Not sure what to pick? Select our Chef’s Selection package and get a taste of everything. Place a one-off order or sign up to a subscription and save 20% every week.
2. We Cook
Our team of chefs will source, prep and cook fresh, quality ingredients.
3. We Deliver
Pick-up orders are split into 2 collections for freshness. You'll collect your order from your chosen collection point on a Monday and Wednesday. Delivery orders are shipped via DPD and you'll receive them on a Monday.
4. Enjoy!
Pop your meal in the microwave and enjoy pre-portioned macro friendly meals in as little as 3 minutes. Track your meals on MyFitnessPal and get one step closer to your goals.

5 Meals
Choose 5 meals and enjoy them for lunch or dinner, at home or the office and save some time on cooking and cleaning. You’ll receive your order over 2 collections – 3 meals on Monday and 2 meals on Wednesday.
10 Meals
Our 10-meal package is designed to make life hassle free and keep you out of the kitchen as much as possible so you have more time to get after your goals. You’ll receive your order over 2 collections – 5 meals on Monday and 5 meals on Wednesday.
